Each of these exercises becomes on 10 times 3 times a day; in a week to enlarge number of exercises to 15, and then - to 20 and 25 times. To hasten it is not necessary, as in the beginning the muscle will get tired and can be ill. As at any gymnastics, breath should be equal. Gradually exercises will become a habit, and it will be possible to do them where and when necessary: laying in bed, standing in a queue, watching TV. From the side it is absolutely imperceptible.
